How much does a website cost?
It depends.
Of course, price varies based on every client’s needs, but I can tell you it will range from a basic website for $2,000 up to a large complex website for $15,000.
Your prices seem low compared to other companies. Why?
One.
I use a CMS (Content Management System), more specifically WordPress. WordPress is a great tool that I use so I don’t have to rewrite the foundation code necessary for a website. Why would I want to take the time to reinvent the wheel when I can just use them as a base and build your business website on that base. This saves me time which saves you money.
Two.
I currently am a one man show. I am the only person you will be connecting with from start to finish. I don’t have employees to pay, I don’t have to rent office space, I own my own hardware and sofware so I don’t have to tack on fees to pay for these type of things.
How long will it take?
It depends.
Part of the reason it takes me longer than most agencies is that I work full time. So these projects are all done on nights and weekends. (This is when web developers are supposed to work not 8-5 Mon. – Fri.) A basic website would take me about 4 – 6 weeks. For a larger more complex website it would take me anywhere from 2 – 3 months.
Do you offer hosting and/or maintenance?
Yes.
